Welcome to Paper Buttercups! By using our website and shopping with us, you agree to these simple terms.

 

Our Products

  • All our items are handmade and many are upcycled from thrifted or gifted fabrics. Each piece is unique, so small variations in color, size, or design may happen.

  • We also offer some products made from new fabric, which will be clearly noted.

 

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We accept Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Poli Pay, PayPal and AfterPay.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you’re legally able to make purchases online.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • We do our best to ship quickly, but delivery times are estimates and sometimes affected by couriers or customs.

  • Once your order is with the courier, it’s their responsibility to deliver safely.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Because our products are handmade and upcycled, we generally don’t accept returns, unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.

  • If there’s a problem, contact us within 14 days with photos and we’ll make it right.

 

Your Info & Privacy

  • Your details are safe with us and used only to process orders and improve your experience. Check our Privacy Policy for more info.

 

Copyright & Use

  • All content on Paper Buttercups belongs to us. Please don’t copy it without permission.

 

Changes & Law

  • We may update these terms occasionally. Using our website after changes means you accept them.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.paperbuttercups.com

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Any remaining balance after purchase will stay on the voucher for future use until the expiry date.

  • If the order total exceeds the gift voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid at checkout.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission.

  • Gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with selected promotions or discount codes unless stated otherwise.

  • Custom orders purchased with a gift voucher are subject to current turnaround times.

  • By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
