Shipping Policy (New Zealand and Australia Only)
Paper Buttercups currently ships to addresses within New Zealand and Australia.

Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. As each piece is made by hand, processing times may vary slightly. If there are any delays, I’ll be in touch.
Shipping Rates
New Zealand shipping

Standard shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping $8 non signature, $9 with signature and $10 Rural

Free shipping is available on orders over $80 NZD.

Australian shipping

Standard shipping is $30 NZD per order.

Free shipping is available on orders over $200 NZD

Rural Deliver NZ
If your address is a rural delivery, please select the rural shipping option at checkout. Rural deliveries may take a little longer than standard delivery timeframes. If we find that you have selected a different shipping rate and your address is rural, you will be contacted to pay the difference before we can ship your item/s out to you.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

New Zealand: 3-5 business days

Rural addresses NZ: 4-6 business days

Australia: Delivery can take approximately 10–15 working days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside of my control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, where available.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Paper Buttercups is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels once parcels are with the courier. However, if something goes wrong, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Paper Buttercups is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances outside our control.
For international orders, including those shipped to Australia, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
