Shipping Policy (New Zealand Only)
Paper Buttercups currently ships within New Zealand only.
All items are shipped from Papamoa, New Zealand.
Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. As each piece is made by hand, processing times may vary slightly. If there are any delays, I’ll be in touch.
Shipping Rates
We charge $7 NZD for shipping (non signature) and $8 NZD for shipping (with signature). All rural orders are charged $8 NZD.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $60 NZD.
Rural Delivery
If your address is a rural delivery, please select the rural shipping option at checkout. Rural deliveries may take a little longer than standard delivery timeframes.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

New Zealand: 3-5 business days

Rural addresses: 4-6 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside of my control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, where available.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Paper Buttercups is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged parcels once parcels are with the courier. However, if something goes wrong, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Paper Buttercups cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
